Welcome to The Republic of The Gambia Honorary Consulate in Nagoya Japan!
The Gambia is a small West African nation. As a peaceful country, our greatest
economic strengths are our tourism and fishery industries. The Gambia
Consulate of Nagoya, Japan was formally established in the spring of 2015.
Since that time, there has been a growing interest in The Gambia from various
Japanese business industry representatives in both the public and private
sectors.
As a Gambian citizen, I have lived in Nagoya, Japan since 1991 with my family.
We all speak Japanese, English and Gambian native languages.
We are truly inspired to strengthen the global ties between our two counties.
With everyone working together, I am excited to build a stronger relationship
